Timed is the natural pick if you're chasing Mythic+ rating on this character. Loot traders are available at +8: add 1 to 4 teammates matched to your character's armour type, and their loot from the run is handed over to you — useful for extra copies of your gear, filling out an off-spec, or simply improving your odds on a specific piece.
