    • If the parties are unable to reach an agreement in a pre-trial procedure, the dispute may be submitted to the court in accordance with the terms set out below.
  2. Mandatory pre-trial settlement:

    • Before filing a lawsuit in court, the parties are obliged to undergo a pre-trial dispute resolution procedure. This condition is mandatory, and violation of it may serve as grounds for the court to refuse to accept the claim for consideration.
    • The claim must be sent no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of discovery of the violation. If this term is missed, claims may be rejected without consideration.

Location of the court and applicable law

  1. Applicable Law:

    • All disputes and controversies arising in the performance or interpretation of this user agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which​​​​​​​ RaidLine.com is registered, unless otherwise provided for in separate agreements with the user.
    • The laws applicable to this agreement are not contrary to generally accepted rules of international law and do not infringe upon the rights of the user as a subject of law.
  2. Court Location:

    • All disputes and claims that have not been settled in the pre-trial order are subject to consideration in the court at the place of registration of​​​​​​​ RaidLine.com. This rule applies to all types of conflicts related to the use of the site, the purchase of goods or services, as well as the protection of personal data.
    • The user agrees that the location of the court and the jurisdiction applicable to resolve disputes shall not be changed without express written agreement between the parties.
  3. International Jurisdiction Exceptions:
