How to Get the Dog in World of Warcraft: Complete Guide

Preparation for Obtaining the Pet

Before embarking on the search for the dog, you need to complete a few preliminary steps:

1. Reputation Grinding. Reach the "Revered" level (12,600 reputation points) with the Tillers faction. This can be achieved by completing their daily quests and turning in specific items.
2. Unlocking the Quest. Once you reach the required reputation level, the quest "Lost and Lonely" will become available.
3. Completing the Quest. After finishing the quest, a new NPC—the dog—will appear in your garrison in Draenor. You can find it near the Herb Garden.

Activating the Pet

To make the pet available, follow these additional steps:

1. Obtain a Special Item. Find the Pebble in Dalaran (or purchase it from the auction house).

2. Interact with the Pet. Show the Pebble to the dog sitting in your garrison in Draenor. After that, it will disappear and relocate to Dalaran.

Final Step: Obtaining the Dog

1. Travel to Isle of Dorn. Head to the designated location and look for the activation object.
2. Bowl Coordinates. Find the object on the ground at: /way 31.44 51.31.
3. Activate the Bowl. Clicking on the object will grant your character the dog as a pet.

Possible Issues

If you don’t see the bowl in the specified location, you may have completed this quest with a different character, and progress does not carry over between characters.
