1. Ask Maru for a hint at the coordinates: /way 63.22, 52.40.
2. Visit Burning Steppes location at coordinates: /way 61.47, 30.18 and use the dragon summon whistle there. After that a dragon will come to you - talk to him.
3. Fly to the Badlands location at coordinates: /way 31.10, 48.22 and talk to the dragon there.
4. Go to the Twilight Highlands location at coordinates: /way 38.30, 48.44 and talk to the dragon there.
5. Go to Vashj'ir location. Dive under the water and sink to the bottom at the coordinates: /way 38.93, 67.64, then use the item - dragon summoning whistle. After that the dragon will come to you - talk to him.
