To go from Dornogal to Siren Island, go to the coordinates: /way 72.57, 5.29 (coordinates inside the city). There you will see an airship. Get on it and talk to Sky-Captain Cableclamp. Ask her to send you to Siren Island.
Important:
If you do not see this NPC in the specified location or see them but they do not transport you to the island, you must complete the quest campaign The War Within. Only after this will the teleport become available.
