To find this massive arachnid, head to the Hallowfall zone.
At coordinates: /way 63.55, 28.37 you’ll see a bright yellow crystal named Light's Blooming Keyflame.

Toss 20 Radiant Remnant into the fire. This will immediately trigger a 20-minute countdown timer. When the timer ends, the monster will spawn near the bonfire and begin patrolling in a triangle-shaped path.

🔁 Respawn

This monster has no fixed respawn time as it does not respawn automatically like normal NPCs. You can summon it every 20 minutes by following the procedure described above.
