Sikran, Captain of the Sureki

This detailed guide was created by cyber athletes from RaidLine team to make it easier for you to master the boss Sikran, Captain of the Sureki in Nerub-ar Palace raid on Normal (nHC), Heroic (HC) and Mythic  difficulties.

General Information:

• It is recommended to choose talents to maximize damage on a single enemy (Solo target).
• Bloodlust (BL) / Heroism (Hero) - used at the very beginning of the battle.
• Normal / Heroic: simple and linear (Сharge - Arrows - Сharge - Arrows).
• Mythic: For 3 Сharge, only 2 times arrows.

Tactics (briefly):

• Players with a Сharge line up on the edge in a square. It is then necessary to aim the beams at the “shadows”. Drive the boss in a circle, avoiding the old puddles.
• Mythic: there is a variation of lining up the first four simulacrum in a straight line on the edge. Then place four more in front of them, closer to the center. After that, scatter them with Decimate and move back to a clear area.

Useful tips

For Tanks:

• “Expose” (x2) is received by the first tank. Then the tanks switch places and “Phase Lunge” should be directed at the second tank. The next combo is started by the second tank. The change of tanks for the combo takes place during the “Phase Lunge” cast. Perform the mechanics so that “Phase Lunge” ends on the second tank.
• Lead the boss through the frame in the center.

For Healers:

• Mass healing and defense abilities, should be used under Simulacrum while they are in the active phase, and on Simulacrum Blast.

For DPS:

• Choose all talents optimized for combat against a single opponent. Use your most powerful abilities at the beginning of a fight, then use them as you regenerate.

Lifehacks:

• The Decimate arrow doesn't have to be placed deep. Pointing it with its back to Simulacrum is enough.
• If you are playing “square”, it is important that the first target with the arrow is in the first line to the boss.
