This huge elemental is located on Isle of Dorn, in the gorge near the waterfalls, at the coordinates: /way 53.33, 19.03. To get the reward from this NPC, players need to first talk to him, and then go to the coordinates: /way 53.09, 18.53 (it's a few steps down the river). At this location you need to pick up an item - Elemental Pearl. After that, go back to the elemental at coordinates: /way 53.33, 19.03 and give him the pearl. When you do this, a Mysterious Orb will appear nearby. Open it and take the loot.
