Where is the quest located and how do I get the quest?

This quest can be obtained in the magic dungeon on Siren Isle. To find the entrance to the dungeon, go to the coordinates: /way 44.31, 22.77. Head down and you will see a sign. Interacting with it will take you to a secret magical dungeon.

Keep moving forward until you come to a huge stone door. Open it and go down the stone stairs. At the coordinates: /way 37.11, 77.23 you will find a Tattered Journal. Click on it to get the quest, which will immediately be automatically completed.

After completing this quest, you will be able to take another quest — Scattered To The Winds.
