This quest appeared in World of Warcraft: The War Within (patch 11.0). Players can take and complete this quest in the Azj-Kahet location.
Under the terms of the quest, you need to find an NPC named Spindle and free him from the cage.
Where is it located and how to find it?
Spindle is located at the top of the flying platform. To find him, go to the coordinates: /way 87.04, 57.95. Enter the building and release the baby from the cage.
