This decorative item can be found on Siren Isle at coordinates: /way 40.27, 41.79.

Note:

The axe is located halfway to the mountain peaks, on a broken wooden cart under a bridge. It is embedded blade-first into the side of the cart, which is positioned below a massive wooden waterwheel. Keep in mind that this axe only appears on the island during good weather conditions, so it cannot be found in Storm Mode.

Respawn:

This item does not remain in place permanently. It disappears as soon as a player picks it up and reappears again after 5–10 minutes (verified in WoW TWW, version 11.0.7).

Important:

A character who has picked up this decorative axe once will never be able to see this treasure in the game again.
