Your actions:

1. Fly up to the NPC and hand him the Dornish Pike (x5).
2. Fly away from the NPC for a short distance.
3. Return and give him the Goldengill Trout (x1).
4. Visit the city of Dorgonal, find a place at the coordinates: /way 58.27, 30.26.

Four small turtles will be waiting for you at this location. Interact with one of them, and a chest called “Turtle's Thanks” will appear under your feet.

Opening this chest will reward you with a “Sewer Turtle Whistle”. Use it to get a pet - Dalaran Sewer Turtle.
