This huge mutant mushroom can be found in The Ringing Deeps location. It lives in a remote, deep and dark cave, the entrance to which is located at the coordinates: /way 72.87, 44.39.

In the standard state this monster is buried underground, so players can see it on the mini-map, but do not notice it in the game itself. In order for this creature to get out, you must kill the small NPC - Root of Trungal until the monster appears on the surface of the underground cave room.
