How to get it?

To get this item, go to Valdrakken (the main town in Dragonflight), visit “The Roasted Ram” tavern (entrance: /way 48.35, 49.78) and talk to Bobby Carlisle (/way 47.95, 48.82) to get “Bobby Carlisle's Thinking Cap Notes”. Then go to the Odd Statue (it is located in the tavern at coordinates: /way 46.93, 44.91) and use the /bow command. After that you will be automatically teleported to Dragon's Hoard. Approach Kritha (/way 47.35, 41.21) and give him 346 gold coins. Then go back to Valdrakken and talk to Shakey Flatlap (/way 39.08, 61.80), who will give you “Crystal Ocular Lenses” as a reward for paying his debt instead.
