This treasure chest is located in the Hallowfall location at coordinates: /way 64.14, 7.15. To open it, you need to have the Faded Supply Chest Key (follow the link to find out where and how to get this key).

Sometimes the chest appears and disappears for no reason, and this phenomenon has yet to be solved by players. It is possible that the chest appears only during the local “Bleak Sand” quest, but this is just a guess, which requires additional research to confirm this hypothesis.
