Fireworks Hat

To find this treasure, head to the Undermine area. At the coordinates: /way 59.79, 53.49, you will see a long metal staircase leading upward. Climb it to the very top, turn right, and enter the first building. Do not use the stairs inside the building; instead, go through the door that leads to the balcony. Open this door, and you will find yourself on a metal balcony.

At the edge of the balcony, you will see a hat spinning in a vortex. Click on it, and the hat will fly to another part of the street at the coordinates: /way 56.01, 51.72. Go to this point and click on the hat again. The vortex will disappear, and the hat will drop. Pick it up to receive a toy. Use it, and it will be added to your collection.
