To summon this massive, grotesque garden scarecrow, head to Hallowfall.
At coordinates: /way 65.03, 29.46 you’ll find a huge bonfire (Whirring Field Keyflame).

To summon the creature, you must activate the event: throw 20 Radiant Remnant into the bonfire. A 20-minute countdown timer will start. Once the time expires, the monster will spawn in the mini-event area and begin moving around the bonfire counterclockwise.

This NPC doesn’t have a standard respawn time, as it does not respawn automatically but only appears after the event is activated. You can summon it every 20 minutes by repeating the above process.
