How to get?

Talk to the NPC — Bobby Carlisle in Valdrakken (coordinates: /way 47.95, 48.82) to get “Bobby Carlisle's Thinking Cap Notes”.

If the document is not given out, you probably already have it in your inventory - proceed to the next stage.

Then head to the river flowing near Valdrakken (coordinates: /way 33.64, 67.73). Dive into the water and kill Hungering Tyranha until you get Fresh Tyranha (1 piece). After that, go back to town and exchange it with Gryffin (coordinates: /way 42.47, 49.43) for Downy Helmet Liner.
