Pirate Foods and Superstitions

Go to Booty Bay and talk to Kelsey Yance /way 42.80, 68.97, then go to the coordinates /way 42.89, 72.85 (second floor of the building), to find the records - they will be hidden in the barrel as shown in the image. After that, talk to Mrs. Gant /way 42.69, 72.71.

Then talk to Scowling Rosa, she is constantly moving, so the exact coordinates are not given. Use the command /target Scowling Rosa to find her.

Note:

This quest can only be completed by characters with a reputation in Booty Bay at neutral or higher. Players with the rank “the Insane” cannot complete this quest as all NPCs will be hostile to them - complete the quest with another character.
