If you want to complete the quest in about 10 minutes, go with your companions to the Brackenhide Hollow dungeon and destroy all the mobs located in front of the first boss. The chance of Storm Spirit falling from NPCs in the dungeon is much higher than in the open world, and the help of your companions will allow you to quickly and effortlessly collect the necessary number of items to complete the quest.
