Where to find it and how to get it?

This item is located in Tanaris location. To find it, fly to the coordinates: /way 69.22, 68.36 and go underwater. There will be two buildings of different sizes - a large and a small one. The item you need is in the big building. Swim inside and you will see something that looks like an elevator. Go up to the second floor, where behind one of the beds, at the coordinates: /way 69.17, 68.59, you can find the required crate.
