This achievement was added by the developers to World of Warcraft: The War Within (TWW) in patch 11.0.5 specifically for and to commemorate WoW's 20th Anniversary.

Detailed guide:

To get the Crate Insurance Agent achievement, you need to find and pick up six different items:

1. Soggy Celebration Crate
2. Hazy Celebration Crate
3. Dirt-Caked Celebration Crate
4. Sandy Celebration Crate
5. Battered Celebration Crate
6. Waterlogged Celebration Crate

Rewards:

For finding each of the items listed, you will receive a completed quest, for turning in the Tanaris you will receive a reward depending on the situation:

• If you are completing the quest for the first time, you will receive — Bronze Celebration Token (х5).
• If you complete the quest again with another character on your account, you will receive — Timewarped Badge (х5).

Approximate completion time for this achievement is 2-3 hours.
