Penalty: Loss of entire payment + potential damage compensation
- Compromising customer account due to booster error
- Using prohibited software (bots, cheats, exploits)
- Sharing customer account data with third parties
- Deliberate actions that result in developer sanctions
Level 0: Zero Tolerance Violations - Immediate Termination
Penalty: IMMEDIATE LOSS OF ALL PAYMENTS + PERMANENT BAN
- STEALING ANY CUSTOMER GAME ASSETS (gold, items, resources, currency)
- ATTEMPTING TO POACH CUSTOMERS to other platforms or for direct business
- OFFERING SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE RAIDLINE by any means
- THEFT OR FRAUD involving customer accounts
- GIVING CUSTOMERS YOUR CONTACT INFO for direct service orders
- DISCUSSING PRICES OR TERMS WITH CUSTOMERS outside official RaidLine channels
CRITICAL: These violations result in:
- Loss of ALL payments for current orders
- Loss of ALL payments for previously completed unpaid orders
- Immediate permanent ban from RaidLine with NO chance of reinstatement
- Potential liability for damages caused
- Information shared with other boosting platforms in the industry
Level 2: Serious Professional Violations
Penalty: Loss of current order payment + priority reduction for 30-90 days
- Direct communication with customers bypassing RaidLine managers (without poaching attempts)
- Disclosing confidential information about customers or company
- Major violation of order completion timelines without valid reasons
- Working on accounts without using VPN or violating geographic settings
Level 3: Significant Process Violations
Penalty: 10-25% payment reduction + priority reduction for 14-30 days
- Failure to submit or delayed work reports
- Violating in-game communication rules (active chatting)
- Exceeding recommended continuous play time
- Performing activities not specified in the order
- Involving random players in group content without approval
- Violating account handover procedures between shifts
Level 4: Moderate Standard Violations
Penalty: 5-10% payment reduction + priority reduction for 7-14 days
- Not following account working time recommendations
- Insufficient work process documentation
- Minor deviations from established security procedures
- Using suboptimal content completion strategies
- Delayed notification of technical issues
- Violating social interaction rules (accepting friend requests, joining guilds)
Level 5: Minor Discipline Issues
Penalty: Priority reduction for order assignments for 3-7 days
- Minor delays in report submission
- Not following recommended work breaks
- Inaccuracies in progress documentation
- Insufficient communication about work progress
- Minor technical oversights not affecting security
Violation Severity Assessment Mechanism
The severity of each specific violation is assessed individually by RaidLine project managers considering the following factors:
- Potential or actual damage to the client
- Financial consequences for RaidLine company
- Reputational risks
- Platform security threats
- Systematic violations by specific booster
- Intentional or accidental nature of violation
Lifetime Exclusion System
RaidLine Blacklist
Boosters who commit Category 0 violations are placed on a lifetime blacklist with the following consequences:
- Complete ban on further cooperation with RaidLine
- No possibility of restoration regardless of circumstances
- Notification of partner organizations about the exclusion
- Publication in industry databases of unreliable contractors (with consent)
Emergency Exclusion Procedure
Upon discovering Category 0 violations:
- Immediate access blocking to all orders and RaidLine systems
- Emergency client notification about executor change
- Documentation of all evidence of violation
- Damage assessment and compensation amount determination
- Blacklist inclusion within 24 hours
Additional Enforcement Measures
ATTENTION: Category 0 violations are NOT subject to progressive punishment system and result in immediate lifetime exclusion upon first occurrence.
Progressive Punishment System (Categories 1-5)
For repeat violations of Categories 1-5, an enhanced penalty system applies:

- Booster notification — Official notice of detected violation with right to explanation
- Circumstance review — Analysis of all factors and mitigating circumstances
- Decision making — Determining violation category and corresponding penalty

Right to Appeal
IMPORTANT: Category 0 violations (client poaching, theft of game assets) are NOT subject to appeal or review. The exclusion decision is final.
Boosters have the right to appeal ONLY penalties for Categories 1-5 within 7 days of notification. Appeals are reviewed by an independent committee consisting of leaders from various company departments.

- Actively participate in training events

- Show proactivity in ensuring client account security
