1. General Provisions
1.1 Nature of Services
RaidLine.com ("Platform", "we", "our") operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting buyers with sellers of in-game goods and services. WE DO NOT OWN, CREATE, OR GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY IN-GAME ITEMS OR SERVICES. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating transactions and providing platform infrastructure.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
BY CLICKING "I AGREE", REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING ANY PART OF THIS PLATFORM, YOU IRREVOCABLY ACCEPT ALL TERMS HEREIN. These terms constitute a legally binding contract. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
IMPORTANT: Challenging these terms after making a purchase, receiving services, or after 48 hours of account registration is strictly prohibited and will not be considered.
1.3 Definitions
"Buyer" - Any user purchasing goods or services through the Platform
"Seller" - Provider of in-game goods, boosting services, or currency
"Order Confirmation" - The moment when payment is successfully processed by our payment processor, regardless of email delivery
"Service Commencement" - Any of the following: (a) booster logs into provided account, (b) in-game contact is established, (c) 2 hours after Order Confirmation, whichever occurs first
"Digital Goods" - All in-game items, currency, accounts, and services that exist only in digital form
2. Registration and Account Security
2.1 Registration Requirements
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
2.2 Account Security - Critical Provisions
YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities occurring under your account
- Any losses resulting from unauthorized access
- Account compromises due to phishing, social engineering, or credential sharing
WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:
- Unauthorized account access, regardless of cause
- Data breaches caused by third-party attacks
- Losses from account sharing or credential theft
- Consequences of using the same password on multiple platforms
BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
- Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility
- No system is 100% secure
- You waive any claims against RaidLine.com for security incidents beyond our direct control
2.3 Two-Factor Authentication
While we offer 2FA, enabling it is your responsibility. We are not liable for losses on accounts without 2FA enabled.
3. Order Process and Contract Formation
3.1 Binding Contract Formation
A BINDING CONTRACT IS FORMED IMMEDIATELY UPON SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT PROCESSING, regardless of:
- Email confirmation delivery
- Your review of the final order details
- Any subsequent communication
Once payment is processed, you cannot claim you did not intend to complete the purchase.
3.2 Order Details Verification
IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO:
- Verify all order details before payment
- Ensure account credentials are correct
- Review service descriptions thoroughly
- Understand delivery timeframes
We are not responsible for errors in information you provide.
3.3 Account Credentials for Services
FOR SERVICES REQUIRING ACCOUNT ACCESS:
- You authorize us to share your credentials with assigned service providers
- You acknowledge this violates most game Terms of Service
- You accept all risks of account penalties or bans
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for accounts banned during or after service delivery
4. Payment Terms - Critical Provisions
4.1 Payment Finality
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL UPON PROCESSING. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood the product/service description
- You accept all terms and risks
- You waive any right to payment reversal except as explicitly stated in Section 6
4.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
INITIATING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
IF YOU INITIATE A CHARGEBACK:
- Your account will be permanently banned
- You forfeit all purchased goods and services
- You will be liable for:
- Full order value
- All chargeback fees (typically $25-100)
- Our legal costs and administrative fees
- Any additional damages
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action
- We may report the incident to fraud prevention databases
You must use our internal dispute resolution process before any payment dispute.
4.3 Third-Party Payment Fees
ALL FEES IMPOSED BY PAYMENT PROCESSORS, BANKS, OR GATEWAYS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, including:
- Currency conversion fees
- International transaction fees
- Payment processing fees
- Refund processing fees
5. Delivery of Goods and Services
5.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are APPROXIMATIONS ONLY and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Game server downtime
- Seller availability
- Technical issues
- Force majeure events
- Your unavailability
5.2 Service Completion Definition
A SERVICE IS DEEMED 100% COMPLETE WHEN:
- All criteria explicitly stated in the service description are met, AND
- The booster confirms completion in our system, OR
- You confirm completion, OR
- 72 hours pass after alleged completion without dispute
NOTHING BEYOND THE EXPLICIT SERVICE DESCRIPTION IS INCLUDED. You cannot demand:
- Additional in-game items not listed
- Extra gameplay time
- Specific methods or routes
- Additional services not purchased
5.3 Your Obligations During Service Delivery
YOU MUST:
- Be available for coordination as reasonably required
- Provide accurate account information
- Not access the account during boosting (if applicable)
- Not change passwords during service delivery
- Respond to booster communications within 12 hours
Failure to meet these obligations voids any refund claims.
5.4 Marketplace Commissions
When delivery occurs via in-game marketplaces/auction houses, YOU PAY ALL MARKETPLACE FEES. These fees are in addition to the purchase price.
6. Refunds and Cancellations - Strict Limitations
6.1 Refund Eligibility - Narrow Window
REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET:
Before Service Commencement (Full Refund Possible):
- Request submitted in writing via our system
- Service has not commenced (see definition in Section 1.3)
- Less than 24 hours since Order Confirmation
- Minus any payment processing fees (typically 3-5%)
After Service Commencement (Very Limited Refunds):
- Refunds are DISCRETIONARY and evaluated case-by-case
- Maximum refund = (Total Price) × (Percentage Incomplete)
- Minimum completion charge: 30% even if service just started
- Burden of proof for non-completion is on the buyer
6.2 Non-Refundable Situations - Absolute Bars
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR:
- Digital Goods Once Delivered - Including in-game currency, items, accounts, or access codes once transferred
- Account Penalties - Bans, suspensions, or penalties from game developers
- Buyer's Remorse - Changed mind, found cheaper elsewhere, no longer need
- Change in Game Mechanics - Nerfs, buffs, meta changes, game updates
- Completed Services - Services meeting the description criteria
- Personalized/Custom Services - Character customization, account configuration, custom boosts
- Buyer-Caused Issues:
- Incorrect account credentials provided
- Account access lost due to buyer's actions
- Buyer logged in during boosting
- Buyer changed password
- Buyer failed to respond to coordination attempts
- Timing Issues:
- Longer than 7 days since service completion
- More than 48 hours after delivery of digital goods
- Subjective Complaints:
- "I expected more"
- "Quality not as expected" (if description criteria met)
- "Took too long" (within stated timeframe)
6.3 Partial Refund Calculation
IF ELIGIBLE FOR PARTIAL REFUND (Rare):
Refund = (Total Paid) × (Percentage Incomplete) - Processing Fees
Where:
- Percentage Incomplete is determined solely by RaidLine.com
- Minimum 30% completion charge applies always
- Processing fees are non-refundable (3-5% of transaction)
Example: $100 service, 70% complete:
- Refund = ($100 × 30%) - $4 = $26
6.4 Refund Processing
IF REFUND IS APPROVED:
- Processed only to original payment method
- YOU PAY ALL ASSOCIATED FEES:
- Payment gateway refund fees
- Currency conversion fees (both ways)
- Bank transfer fees
- Any other third-party fees
- Processing time: 5-30 business days (we cannot expedite)
- You receive net amount after all fee deductions
6.5 Service Guarantee Limitations
WE GUARANTEE:
- Services will be attempted by qualified sellers
- Transactions are monitored for fraud
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Specific completion timeframes
- Account immunity from bans
- In-game outcomes or results
- Seller availability at specific times
- Game server stability
7. Liability and Risk Allocation
7.1 Account Bans and Game Developer Actions - Critical Disclaimer
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT:
- Most game developers prohibit:
- Account sharing
- Buying in-game currency or items for real money
- Using boosting services
- Third-party assistance
- These activities violate most games' Terms of Service
- Game developers may impose penalties including:
- Temporary bans
- Permanent account bans
- Item/currency removal
- Rank resets
- Other punitive actions
- RaidLine.com is NOT responsible for ANY penalties, including but not limited to:
- Account bans of any duration
- Loss of in-game progress
- Loss of purchased items
- Loss of account value
- Reputational damage in the game community
- We take protective measures (VPN, security protocols) BUT THESE DO NOT GUARANTEE SAFETY
- BY PROCEEDING, YOU:
- Accept full risk of game developer penalties
- Waive all claims against RaidLine.com for such penalties
- Acknowledge you may lose your account permanently
- Understand no refund is available if banned
IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THESE RISKS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
7.2 Limitation of Liability - Comprehensive Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NEVER EXCEED:
- The amount you paid for the specific transaction at issue, OR
- $50 USD,
- Whichever is LESS
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Direct damages: Lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities
- Indirect damages: Consequential, incidental, punitive damages
- Game-related losses: Account value, in-game items, character progression
- Third-party actions: Game developers, payment processors, sellers
- Technical issues: Server downtime, bugs, glitches, data loss
- Security incidents: Hacks, data breaches, unauthorized access (unless proven to be caused by our gross negligence)
- Service quality: Seller performance, delivery delays, miscommunications
7.3 Buyer's Assumption of Risk
YOU EXPLICITLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH:
- Violating game Terms of Service
- Account sharing
- Purchasing digital goods
- Service quality and outcomes
- Technical compatibility
- Game updates affecting services
- Market value changes
This is not an exhaustive list. If in doubt, do not proceed.
7.4 No Warranties
WE PROVIDE SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:
- No warranty of merchantability
- No warranty of fitness for particular purpose
- No warranty of non-infringement
- No warranty of uninterrupted service
- No warranty of error-free operation
7.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet outages
- Power failures
- Cyber attacks (DDoS, hacking)
- Game developer actions (shutdowns, updates)
- Payment processor failures
- Any event beyond our reasonable control
8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
8.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
THE FOLLOWING ARE ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation:
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- False claims of non-delivery
- Providing false information
- Identity misrepresentation
- Technical Abuse:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Attempting to hack or breach security
- DDoS attacks or similar disruptions
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Content Theft:
- Copying site content without permission
- Scraping data or listings
- Reverse engineering
- Trademark/copyright infringement
- Account Abuse:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Account sharing (your RaidLine account)
- Buying/selling RaidLine accounts
- Circumventing bans
- Malicious Actions:
- False reviews or ratings
- Harassment of sellers or staff
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform
8.2 Consequences of Violations
VIOLATIONS RESULT IN IMMEDIATE:
- Account termination without warning
- Forfeiture of all pending orders (no refunds)
- Forfeiture of account balance
- Ban from all RaidLine.com services
- Legal action if warranted
- Reporting to law enforcement if criminal activity suspected
YOU WILL ALSO BE LIABLE FOR:
- Our damages and losses
- Legal fees and costs
- Investigative costs
- Third-party claims arising from your actions
8.3 Investigation and Evidence
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend accounts pending investigation
- Cooperate with law enforcement
- Retain evidence of violations
- Share information about violations with third parties as legally permitted
You agree not to interfere with investigations.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Platform IP Ownership
ALL CONTENT ON THIS PLATFORM IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT:
- Site design, layout, and code
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Text, images, graphics, videos
- Product descriptions
- User interface elements
Owned by RaidLine.com or licensed to us. All rights reserved.
9.2 Restrictions on Use
YOU MAY NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Frame or mirror any part of the site
- Use automated tools to extract content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Violation will result in legal action.
9.3 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal purchases. This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Data Collection
We collect personal data including: name, email, payment information, IP address, device information, browsing data, and communications.
10.2 Data Use
YOUR DATA IS USED FOR:
- Processing transactions
- Fraud prevention
- Service delivery
- Customer support
- Marketing (you may opt out)
- Legal compliance
10.3 Data Sharing
WE MAY SHARE YOUR DATA WITH:
- Service providers and sellers (as necessary)
- Payment processors
- Fraud prevention services
- Law enforcement (when required)
- Business partners (with consent)
10.4 Data Security Disclaimer
WHILE WE IMPLEMENT SECURITY MEASURES:
- No system is completely secure
- We cannot guarantee absolute security
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials
- We are not liable for breaches caused by third parties
10.5 Data Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to:
- Our legal obligations to retain data
- Completion of all contractual obligations
- Our legitimate business interests

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Mandatory Pre-Arbitration Negotiation
BEFORE INITIATING ANY LEGAL ACTION, YOU MUST:
- Submit a written complaint via [email protected] containing:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Order number(s) involved
- Specific remedy sought
- Supporting evidence
- Allow us 30 calendar days to investigate and respond
- Engage in good-faith negotiations for 15 additional days
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL OF ANY LEGAL CLAIM.
11.2 Binding Arbitration Clause
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT:
- All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation
- You waive your right to:
- Jury trial
- Class action participation
- Public court proceedings
- Arbitration shall be:
- Conducted under AAA ICDR + online arbitration
- Located in [City, Country of RaidLine registration]
- Conducted in Ukrainian
- Individual only (no class arbitration)
- Arbitration costs:
- Each party bears their own legal costs
- Arbitration fees split equally
- Losing party may be required to pay prevailing party's costs (arbitrator's discretion)
- Arbitrator's decision is final and binding with very limited appeal rights
11.3 Small Claims Exception
You may pursue claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.
11.4 Injunctive Relief
We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in court for:
- Intellectual property violations
- Security breaches
- Violations of prohibited conduct
11.5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict of law principles.
11.6 Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of [Kharkiv, Ukraine] for any matters not subject to arbitration.
11.7 Statute of Limitations
YOU MUST BRING ANY CLAIMS WITHIN 6 MONTHS of the issue arising. After 6 months, claims are forever barred.
12. Modification of Terms
12.1 Right to Modify
WE RESERVE THE UNCONDITIONAL RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME for any reason, including:
- Legal compliance
- Business policy changes
- Product/service changes
- Risk management
12.2 Notice of Changes
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will provide notice via:
- Email to registered users
- Prominent banner on the website
- Announcement in Discord/Telegram
However, you are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
12.3 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree:
- Stop using the Platform immediately
- Contact support to close your account
- Pending orders may be completed under prior terms (our discretion)
12.4 No Retroactive Application
Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change, unless legally required.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RaidLine.com. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing.
13.4 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these terms. You may not bind us to any obligation.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms. We may assign these terms to any successor or affiliate without notice.
13.6 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: liability limitations, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and indemnification obligations.
13.7 Language
The Ukrainian version of these terms controls. Translations are for convenience only. In case of conflicts, Ukrainian prevails.
13.8 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
13.9 Independent Contractor Status
Sellers, boosters, and suppliers are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We are not responsible for their actions beyond our role as platform operator.
14. Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS RaidLine.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any game Terms of Service
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- Content you submit to the Platform
- Your use of purchased services or goods
- Chargebacks or payment disputes you initiate
- False or fraudulent claims you make
This indemnification survives termination of your account and these terms.

16. Special Notices
16.1 Notice to Minors
IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: You may not use this Platform without verifiable parental consent. We may request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
16.2 Banned Regions
We provide services to all countries unless prohibited by international law.
16.3 Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your purchases, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes.
16.4 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at Order Confirmation is the binding price, regardless of subsequent changes.
16.5 Promotional Terms
All promotions, discounts, and special offers:
- Are subject to specific terms announced with each promotion
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- May be revoked for abuse or violations
- Are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise
17. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

✓ You understand that purchasing boosting services or in-game currency violates most games' Terms of Service
✓ You accept the risk of account bans or penalties
✓ You waive the right to chargebacks and agree to internal dispute resolution
✓ You agree to binding arbitration
✓ You understand refunds are strictly limited
✓ You accept these terms are subject to change
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, EXIT THE PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY.
